Villawayz Treefort

The Villawayz Treefort was a project initiated through a community arts grant as a collaboration between the designers Car Martin, Eliot Callahan, the community arts organization ArtStarts and the kids at Toronto Community Housing neighbourhood: Villawayz. The goal was to create a modular building system that could be put together with hand tools so that the kids could participate in the construction of this temporary play structure. The project was inspired by another fort the kids had built that was demolished by TCH.
